4People On-line Tools and Resources

4People is flexible and can provide online public and private resource listings and case management services for every county.

4People can be used for Homeless Coalitions to coordinate resources and services to the homeless (HMIS Compliant), for Health Care organizations to coordinate access to health care (HIPAA Complaint), for Faith Based Organizations to coordinate services and supplies to help the less fortunate, for Correctional Institutes to communicate and coordinate services to offenders reentering communities, for any funding organization that wishes to obtain outcome data showing services needed to take an at-risk family to self sufficiency, and any group or organization that needs a comprehensive case management system.
